The core cost of our technology is electricity, and many pulp mills have the advantage of utilizing their own biomass power generation, enabling them to be self-sufficient while providing electricity for on-site hydrogen peroxide production systems. Therefore, using on-site electrochemical production of hydrogen peroxide is an environmentally friendly and low-carbon choice for pulp mills.

  • The hydrogen gas required in traditional anthraquinone process for hydrogen peroxide production mainly comes from coal or natural gas reforming processes.
  • In comparison, our electrochemical production method only consumes water, electricity, and oxygen to produce hydrogen peroxide.
  • For every ton of hydrogen peroxide produced, our electrolytic system can reduce CO₂ emissions by 1-2.5 tons compared to traditional methods. If consider the carbon emissions generated from long-distance transportation, our advantages become even more significant.
